At this stage of DevOps transformation roadmap, gaining foreseeability and visibility should be the objective in improving the performance and quality. Data collection and analysis can also reflect the efficiency and quality of daily work, thereby remediation can be implemented in order to improve the workings of the company.

Running and Optimize Continuously

The company has already mastered DevOps and able to share DevOps knowledge. Team members should have confidence in making decisions, while it is not the moment to stop. Refining and optimizing continuously in DevOps lifecycle, security and operations are still required.
